Deine Mission bei CYCLE

Als Lead Mechanic bei CYCLE übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein Team von etwa 10-20 E-Bike Mechaniker:innen deiner Region
Vom Onboarding bis zum Training bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in und hast immer ein offenes Ohr, auch bei Feedback oder Problemen deines Teams
Du unterstützt im Einstellungsprozess neuer Kolleg:innen und sorgst dafür, dass die Kandidat:innen bereits beim Probearbeiten einen großartigen ersten Eindruck von CYCLE bekommen
Die Performance deiner Mechaniker:innen behältst du dabei stets im Blick und schaffst es, das alle motiviert, aber auch technisch immer auf dem aktuellen Stand sind
Du reportest Fortschritte oder Probleme direkt an den Regional Manager und kümmerst dich auch darum, dass die KPI’s eingehalten werden
Auch auf dem Feld bist du versiert: von Standardreparaturen über komplexe Arbeiten an unseren E-Bikes, dir macht so schnell keiner etwas vor, und du unterstützt wo es nötig ist
Mit deiner Erfahrung sorgst du für reibungslose Prozesse deiner Mechaniker:innen und kennst auch die richtigen Stellschrauben, um diese selbstständig zu verbessern. Lösungen für Probleme an den Bikes, kommunizierst du proaktiv im Team

Das solltest du mitbringen

Du hast fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse (mind. 2 Jahre) in den Bereichen Elektronik, Mechanik, Zweirad- oder Kfz-Mechatronik und bringst nachweisliche Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit E-Bikes mit
Dein Herz schlägt für Fahrräder, du versuchst mechanisch stets auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben und bist auch in der Lage komplexere Probleme zu beheben
Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus, dir gelingt es Informationen auf den Punkt mit Teammitgliedern und Managern zu teilen
Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Google Sheets & Docs bringst du ebenfalls mit, um wichtige Prozesse an dein Team Lead zu reporten
Du bist verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig, hilfst deinen Kolleg:innen und bist auch in der Lage, Dinge für das Team voranzutreiben
Deutsch oder Englisch sprichst du fließend, beides ist von Vorteil
Du verfügst über einen Führerschein der Klasse B

Your Mission at CYCLE

As a Lead Mechanic at CYCLE, you will be responsible for a team of about 10-20 e-bike mechanics in your region
From onboarding to training, you are the first point of contact and always have an open ear, also for feedback or problems from your team
You support the recruitment process of new colleagues and make sure that the candidates get a great first impression of CYCLE already during the trial period
You always keep an eye on the performance of your mechanics and make sure that they are motivated and technically up to date
You report progress and problems directly to the Regional Manager and make sure that the KPI's are met
You are also experienced in the field: from standard repairs to complex work on our e-bikes, no one can fool you in a hurry, and you provide support where it is needed
With your experience, you ensure that the processes of your mechanics run smoothly and you also know the right levers to improve them yourself. You proactively communicate solutions to problems on the bikes within the team

Your skills and qualifications

You have advanced knowledge (at least 2 years) in the fields of electronics, mechanics, bicycle or automotive mechatronics and have proven experience in working with e-bikes
Your heart beats for bicycles, you always try to stay mechanically up to date and are also able to fix more complex problems
Professional communication skills, you are able to share information with team members and managers in a concise manner
You also have experience in using Google Sheets & Docs to report important processes to your team lead
You are responsible and reliable, help your colleagues and are able to push things forward for the team
You are fluent in German or English, both are advantageous
You have a class B driving licence
