Your Mission at CYCLE

  • Lead regional operations to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.

  • Direct a team of lead mechanics, enhancing their skills and team performance.

  • Act as the primary POC for both B2B and B2C client engagements.

  • Achieve key operational metrics including fleet uptime, vehicle utilization, and cost efficiency.

  • Partner with sales and development teams to support regional growth.

  • Enhance operational processes in alignment with CYCLE's central operations strategies.

  • Comply with all regulatory and safety standards, ensuring a safe work environment.

  • Report on regional operational and financial performance metrics.

Your skills and qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or related fields.

  • 1+ year of experience in people management, with a proven track record of attracting, developing, and motivating staff.

  • Demonstrated capability in leading operational excellence initiatives.

  • An analytical mindset, adept at utilizing data to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and knowledge of SQL is a major plus.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing complex issues with strategic solutions.

  • Strong communication abilities, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and conveying strategic insights effectively.

  • A strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on approach, ready to tackle challenges head-on and thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of the supported location, with insights into local market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and a continuous drive for personal and professional growth.
