As we continue to expand and revolutionize the delivery industry, we are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Wijchen.

Your Mission

Structure end to end warehouse operations, then bring warehouse operations to the next level by leading and optimizing all facets for maximum efficiency (receiving, put away storage, picking, packing, and shipping)
Craft and implement SOPs and best-practice playbooks, ensuring seamless workflows
Define and track key success metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Inspire and guide the warehouse ops team towards a culture of excellence
Coordinate inbound and outbound transports for e-bikes and parts with precision
Assume the pivotal role as the primary contact for freight forwarders

Your skills and qualifications

Showcase your prowess with a proven track record in warehouse operations management.
Navigate seamlessly through ERP/WMS software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Netsuite) and Gsheets/Excel.
Harness strong analytics skills to extract valuable insights from data.
Communicate effortlessly at the intersection of operations, supply chain, and hardware.
Strike the perfect balance between a structured big-picture approach and meticulous detail orientation.
Approach challenges proactively with a hands-on mindset.
Fluent in Dutch, with English as a valuable bonus.

Uw missie bij CYCLE

Structureer end-to-end magazijnoperaties en breng deze naar het volgende niveau door alle facetten te leiden en te optimaliseren voor maximale efficiëntie (ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking, verpakking en verzending)
Ontwikkel en implementeer SOP's en best-practice handboeken, die zorgen voor een vlotte werkstroom
Definieer en volg belangrijke succesindicatoren, en stimuleer voortdurende verbeteringsinitiatieven
Inspireer en leid het magazijnteam naar een cultuur van uitmuntendheid
Coördineer inkomend en uitgaand transport voor e-bikes en onderdelen met precisie
Neem de cruciale rol op je als primair contactpersoon voor expediteurs
Vloeiend in Nederlands, met Engels als waardevolle bonus.

Uw vaardigheden en kwalificaties

Toon je expertise met een bewezen staat van dienst in magazijnoperaties en -beheer
Navigeer moeiteloos door ERP/WMS-software (bijv. Odoo, SAP, Netsuite) en Gsheets/Excel
Benut sterke analytische vaardigheden om waardevolle inzichten uit gegevens te halen
Communiceer moeiteloos op het snijvlak van operaties, supply chain en hardware
