Your Mission
You'll plan and dispatch mechanics for e-bike servicing across client locations, balancing SLA performance, route efficiency, and fleet uptime. As the connector between Customer Success, Regional Management, Lead Mechanics and Operations, you'll ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Planning
- Process service requests and schedule mechanics based on priority
- Optimize routes and reallocate resources as needed
- Maintain visibility of plans to teams
- Service Readiness
- Ensure clear communication between CS and Operations
- Verify tool/part availability with Lead Mechanics
- Follow up on supply issues and confirm mechanic preparedness
- Continuous Improvement
- Support operational initiatives and track KPIs
- Provide feedback to improve workflows and processes
