Your Mission

E-bike maintenance: You take care of our e-bikes and ensure that they are always in good shape.Regular checks are part of your daily routine.
Finding and rectifying faults: With your trained eye, you quickly recognize where the shoe pinches. You don't just repair things, you also like to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Spare parts under control: You keep track of our spare parts warehouse and reorder what is needed. So you are prepared for all eventualities.
Your own fleet: You take responsibility for a group of e-bikes - from the first inspection to the last screw.#
On the road for CYCLE: Every now and then you'll go out to our partners. There you will look after the e-bikes directly on site.
Customer contact: You listen to our customers and actively ask whether they are satisfied with our service. Your goal: happy customers!

Your skills and qualifications

Experience: Have you ever worked on bicycles or e-bikes?Great! Whether professionally or as a hobby - the main thing is that you know your way around a bit.Experience in electronics, mechanics or similar areas is great, but not a must.
Bicycle fan: You not only like bicycles and e-bikes for riding, but also find it exciting to learn how they work and how to repair them.
Strong communication skills: You can explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable way and enjoy approaching people.
Service orientation: Customer service is in your blood. You are solution-oriented and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
Organizational talent: You keep track of upcoming repairs and can set priorities wisely.
Language: You are fluent in English or German. If you can do both - all the better!
MOBILE ON THE MOVE: A class B driver's license is an absolute MUST.

Deine Mission

E-Bike-Pflege: Du kümmerst dich um unsere E-Bikes und sorgst dafür, dass sie immer gut in Schuss sind. Regelmäßige Checks gehören dabei zu deinem Alltag.
Fehler finden und beheben: Mit deinem geschulten Auge erkennst du schnell, wo der Schuh drückt. Du reparierst nicht nur, sondern teilst dein Wissen auch gerne mit den Kolleg:innen.
Ersatzteile im Griff: Du behältst den Überblick über unser Ersatzteillager und bestellst nach, was gebraucht wird. So bist du für alle Fälle gerüstet.
Deine eigene Flotte: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eine Gruppe von E-Bikes - von der ersten Inspektion bis zur letzten Schraube.
Unterwegs für CYCLE: Ab und zu geht's raus zu unseren Partnern. Dort kümmerst du dich direkt vor Ort um die E-Bikes.
Kundenkontakt: Du hast ein offenes Ohr für unsere Kund:innen und fragst aktiv nach, ob sie mit unserem Service zufrieden sind. Dein Ziel: glückliche Kunden!

Das solltest du mitbringen

Erfahrung: Du hast schon mal an Fahrrädern oder E-Bikes geschraubt? Super! Ob beruflich oder als Hobby - Hauptsache, du kennst dich ein bisschen aus. Erfahrungen in Elektronik, Mechanik oder ähnlichen Bereichen sind toll, aber kein Muss.
Fahrrad-Fan: Du magst Fahrräder und E-Bikes nicht nur zum Fahren, sondern findest es auch spannend, wie sie funktionieren und wie man sie repariert.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe technische Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich erklären und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu.
Serviceorientierung: Kundenservice liegt dir im Blut. Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
Organisationstalent: Du behältst den Überblick über anstehende Reparaturen und kannst Prioritäten sinnvoll setzen.
Sprache: Du sprichst fließend Englisch oder Deutsch. Wenn du sogar beides kannst - umso besser!
MOBIL UNTERWEGS: Ein Führerschein Klasse B ist ein absolutes MUSS.
