Your Mission

You're here to take our finance operations to the next level – managing everything from consolidation and accounting to reporting. You’ll use LucaNet as our consolidation and planning tool and Odoo as our ERP backbone.

Optimize financial processes: Design scalable workflows and best-practice playbooks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the board.
Turn numbers into impact: Define, monitor, and report on key financial metrics while driving continuous improvement and transparency.
Own consolidation & financial statements: Take the lead in preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements under HGB—IFRS knowledge is a big plus.
Audit-ready mindset: Be the main point of contact for auditors and external partners, ensuring timely and clean audits.
Streamline systems: Manage integrations with payment providers to ensure seamless transaction flows and accurate data.
Business partnering: Deliver sharp financial insights and actionable recommendations to the management team.

Your skills and qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally at a Big Four firm or a fast-paced mid-sized company.
Technical skills: Proven track record in preparing consolidated statements; hands-on experience with LucaNet.
Accounting standards: Deep knowledge of HGB; solid understanding of IFRS is a strong plus.
System know-how: Comfortable working with ERP systems, Odoo and payment integrations are a plus.
Analytical and communicative: You love working with data and can clearly translate numbers into business insights.
Approach: Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-driven.
Languages: Fluent in German and English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Deine Mission

Du bringst unsere Finanzprozesse auf das nächste Level – von der Konsolidierung über die Buchhaltung bis hin zur Berichterstattung. Dabei nutzt du LucaNet als unser Tool für Konsolidierung & Planung und Odoo als ERP-System.

Finanzprozesse optimieren: Entwickle skalierbare Abläufe und Best-Practice-Playbooks für Genauigkeit, Compliance und Effizienz.
Zahlen mit Wirkung: Definiere und analysiere Finanzkennzahlen und treibe kontinuierliche Verbesserung voran.
Verantwortung für Abschlüsse: Erstelle und prüfe konsolidierte Abschlüsse nach HGB – IFRS-Kenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus.
Audit-Sicherheit: Koordiniere externe Partner & Wirtschaftsprüfer für pünktliche und saubere Abschlüsse.
Systemintegration: Optimiere Anbindungen an Zahlungsdienstleister und sichere korrekte Transaktionsflüsse.
Business Partner: Unterstütze das Management mit fundierten Analysen und Empfehlungen.

Das solltest du mitbringen

3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Finance, Accounting oder Audit – z. B. in einer Big Four oder einem dynamischen Mittelstandsunternehmen
Erfahrung in der Konsolidierung und Arbeit mit LucaNet
Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse, IFRS von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen – Odoo & Payment-Integrationen sind ein Plus
Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Kommunikation
Hands-on-Mentalität, pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch; Niederländisch ist ein starkes Plus
