Deine Mission

Im Rahmen deines Praktikums oder deiner Werkstudententätigkeit wirst du das Team aktiv bei ihren Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen unterstützen und spannende Einblicke in weitere jährliche Verpflichtungen im Bereich Finance erhalten.
Bei uns wirst du wichtige Compliance-Richtlinien und interne Audit-Prozesse kennenlernen, sodass du am Ende deines Praktikums oder deiner Werkstudententätigkeit in der Lage bist, diese eigenständig und sicher umzusetzen.
Du wirst auch bei der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung mitwirken und dein Team bei der Umsetzung aller nötigen Prozessschritte unterstützen.
Ein wichtiger Teil deiner Position werden zudem wöchentliche Berichte und Ad-hoc-Aufgaben sein, die dir realistische Einblicke in den Financebereich ermöglichen.
Außerdem arbeitest du kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse für alle Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland. Du bist ein kreativer Kopf mit einem Händchen für Zahlen? Hier kannst du dich gerne einbringen!

Das solltest du mitbringen

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in (z.B. VWL, BWL o.ä.) und auf der Suche nach einem Praktikum oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit.
Idealerweise besitzt du Grundkenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung, beherrschst die Standards bei der Rechnungslegung und konntest bereits erste Einblicke in den Bereich Finanzen durch frühere Praktika gewinnen.
Du verfügst über ein ausgezeichnetes Zahlenverständnis und eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit und verstehst es, diese Fähigkeiten gewinnbringend für dich zu nutzen.
Probleme löst du schnell und effizient und nutzt deine ausgezeichneten analytischen Fähigkeiten, um dich neuen aufregenden Projekten zu widmen.

Your Mission

As part of your internship or student trainee position, you will actively support the team with their monthly and annual financial statements and gain exciting insights into other annual obligations in the area of finance.
You will learn about important compliance guidelines and internal audit processes so that by the end of your internship or student trainee position, you will be able to implement them independently and confidently.
You will also be involved in accounts payable and accounts receivable and support your team in implementing all necessary process steps.
An important part of your position will also be weekly reports and ad-hoc tasks, which will give you realistic insights into the finance area.
You will also work continuously on the further development and optimisation of our accounting processes for all companies at home and abroad. Are you a creative mind with a knack for numbers? This is where you can get involved!

Your skills and qualifications

You are a registered student (e.g. economics, business studies or similar) and looking for an internship or a working student job.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of financial accounting, are familiar with accounting standards and have already gained initial insights into the area of finance through previous internships.
You have an excellent understanding of numbers and a high level of attention to detail and know how to use these skills to your advantage
You solve problems quickly and efficiently and use your excellent analytical skills to tackle exciting new projects.
