Accounting / Finance Specialist (f/m/d) - Berlin

As an Accounting / Finance Specialist, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and support the preparation of monthly closes. You will ensure clean, reliable financial processes and support the company’s continued growth.

• Independently managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing and contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual financial closes
• Monitoring outstanding items and managing dunning processes
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting liquidity planning and reporting
• Collaborating with tax advisors and auditors
• Helping develop and digitize accounting processes

• Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on finance/accounting
• Several years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in accounts receivable/payable
• Experience preparing monthly closes under German GAAP (HGB)
• Confident use of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Odoo, or similar) and Excel
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Good German and good English skills
• Nice to have
  • Experience in a growing start-up or scale-up environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo)
