People & HR Generalist (f/m/d) - Berlin

As a People & HR Generalist, you will own the full breadth of our HR work – from recruiting to onboarding to HR operations. You will be the go-to person for employees and managers and actively help shape our people processes.

• Independently managing the recruiting process (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers)
• Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Maintaining personnel files, contracts and HR documentation
• Being the point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions
• Helping develop HR processes and policies
• Supporting payroll preparation in collaboration with external payroll providers
• Contributing to employer branding and employee retention initiatives

• Completed training or degree with a focus on HR/personnel, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in recruiting and/or HR operations
• Experience using applicant tracking and HR tools
• Strong communication skills and a feel for people
• Structured, discreet and reliable way of working
• Good German and English skills
• Nice to have
  • Knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Experience in technical recruiting (Engineering, Product)
