Your Mission

As a Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage maintenance and repairs across our vehicle fleet. You will coordinate workshop processes, ensure high fleet availability, and serve as the key link between the workshop team, Operations, and external service providers.

  • Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work across the vehicle fleet
  • Managing internal workshop capacity and external service partners
  • Monitoring repair turnaround times, spare parts inventory and service quality
  • Ensuring high technical availability of the fleet
  • Documenting maintenance and repair history per vehicle
  • Coordinating closely with Operations on fleet availability and deployment planning
  • Helping optimize maintenance processes and service intervals

Your skills and qualifications

  • Technical understanding, ideally with experience in bicycle, e-bike or vehicle technology
  • Experience coordinating workshop or service operations
  • Organized, structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach
  • Good German language skills
  • Nice to have
    • Experience in the e-bike or bicycle sector
    • Experience coordinating multiple sites/workshops
    • Confident use of tools for maintenance planning/documentation
